18th Annual Review Meeting of the Asian International Mobility for Students (AIMS) Programme, Hiroshima, Japan

On August 7th - 8th, 2024, Dr. Tagsina Sripracha, Assistant President for International Affairs, Phuket Campus, Dr. Krittabhas Khwanyuen, Deputy Dean for Academic and International Affairs, the Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism (FHT), and Mr. Nitiphoom Waitira, Acting Head of the International Affairs Centre (IAC), attended the 18th Annual Review Meeting of the Asian International Mobility for Students (AIMS) Programme in Hiroshima, Japan. This meeting was hosted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) Japan, Hiroshima University, and SEAMEO RIHED.

The meeting provided a crucial platform for AIMS government and university representatives, students, and alumni to share perspectives and updates on the program’s developments. It also fostered collaboration to enhance regional mobility and the common space of higher education for the sustainable development of the region. Additionally, participants were inspired by the activities organized by Hiroshima University, including the AIMS-Hiroshima Future Building Student Seminar, as well as other events held in conjunction with Peace Memorial Day in Hiroshima City.
