On Wednesday, 24 September 2025, the International Affairs Centre (IAC) organized a half-day excursion to three of Phuket’s iconic destinations: Chalong Temple, Promthep Cape, and Nai Harn Beach. The trip brought together 40 participants, including international and Thai students, along with IAC staff.
The trip began at Chalong Temple, a historic sanctuary that sheltered locals during the 1876 Ang-yi rebellion. Students explored the grand pagoda with Buddha’s sacred relics and beautiful murals of his life.
The group then continued to Promthep Cape, where participants admired the breathtaking view of the Andaman Sea, its emerald waters glistening under the bright sunshine.
The excursion concluded with a relaxing visit to Nai Harn Beach, where students enjoyed the serene atmosphere before returning to campus.
